Thanks for showing. In my office the toner is TN 3440. I haven’t try open it yet. Does it has a chip? Can any powder be use on any toner. Powder is all the same?

Brother toner powder is almost the same for all cartridges but you have to perfectly remove al the old toner

Try to reset it through the control panel. Open the cover, press "secure" and "cancel", press arrow up until the display shows the toner, press ok. press arrow up to show "reset", press ok

@@deathfellow6737 the reset gear must reset the printer counter, it's the method used by Brother cartridges. are you sure the reset gear is in the right position?
