Brother MFC-L5850DW dumb Secret procedure to reset toner cartridge

Update: the TNR-HC is the code for the High Yield Cartridge, the TNR-STD is the code for the Standard Yield Cartridge, Google the other codes to figure out what they mean.
Brother MFC-L5850DW Secret procedure to reset toner cartridge.
Open cartridge door, hold invisible # key for 5 seconds,
reset menu appears, select appropriate code and hit
reset. This will fix the stupid tonner low message. Stupid executives should know that these dumb ploys to try and force sales of toner cartridges actually backfire. It's a far more
lucrative strategy to advertise that you dont play these games
and beat the other Printer makers to the punch. Then have
shootoff companies selling toner in all sorts of ways. But
when you have secrets that diable your printers just when
you need to print most late at night before an important function, you just turn customers away. Do I need to quit my job and take control of this company ? LOL

Had to hold my button for 15 seconds but I have the L5800DW and it has been printing for 10 minutes straight, can't believe how much more Toner was in the cartridge. I'm still using the Cartridge that was supposedly out of Toner.

Anyone know how to reset the fuser and laser units? I'm at 2% on both and the printer repair shop says he can't find any fuser parts but once mentioned resetting? Do I have to wait until its at 0%?
