I love watching your videos! I lived in Hawaii last year and that’s the best I have physically and mentally felt. Thanks guys for sharing. Actually, it is one of my biggest dreams to do an internship on such a small scale farm on Hawaii. Such beautiful landscape and mother nature providing us with healthy and nutritous food when treated organic. My goal is to grow my on food - imagne the luxury, to skip the grocery store - just go to the garden and pick some ripe tomates, salad and other veggies. Aloha Deani, great question! We have tried all of the diets and enjoyed them all! Seems like after years of testing out different diets what we do now is try to eat foods that come fresh from the earth without being altered. Also it’s really important on how you eat your food. Slow and thoughtful. Being very present. The most important thing is to be happy! If you are bummed or guilty when eating something that is the worse thing possible! I know from time to time when we are curious we will try another diet. I know alex is trying an Ayurvedic diet. He said it’s been great for him! For the most part we eat lots of clean veggies, good carbs and some meats.
