Your comment about reducing the tension level was so helpful to me, as I just got this machine and it wasn't working until I took the tension down, and now I've been able to complete several wonderful projects. You saved me from returning my machine, which I didn't want to do!

I just got this machine and it keeps using the backing or bobbin thread every time I’ve set the tension on every number and can’t seem to get it to use the top thread... did you have any trouble with this?

Hi Shannon, same issue here. Last week was working fine, now is not pulling thread from top.
