Come rigenerare la cartuccia toner Brother TN2310 TN2320 per HL-L2300D HL-L2320D HL-L2340DW HL-L2360DW HL-L2365DW HL-L2380DW DCP-L2520DW DCP-L2540DW MFC-L2700DW MFC-L2720DW MFC-L2740DW
Ci sono 2 tipi di cartucce toner: la cartuccia standard che stampa circa 1200 pagine e la cartuccia ad alta capacità, che ne stampa circa 2600. La cartuccia starter, data in dotazione alla stampante, stampa circa 700 pagine e non ha l’ingranaggio di reset.

Quando la stampante rileva tramite l’ingranaggio di reset che una nuova cartuccia toner,è stata installata, porta il voltaggio applicato al processo di stampa verso l’alto. Poi, mano a mano che la cartuccia viene usata il voltaggio è ridotto gradualmente.
Questo è necessario in quanto le nuove cartucce tendono a stampare più chiaro.
Così, per mantenere la densità costante per l’intero arco di vita della cartuccia, il voltaggio viene ridotto.
Questo è il motive per cui è necessario resettare la cartuccia mettendo l’infranaggio di reset nella giusta posizione. Altrimenti la stampante userebbe un voltaggio non adatto.

I have a problem and I' don't know why is this happening. I have an alternative tonner TN 2340 and I've tried refill it a couple of times. The thing is for some reason the center gear shaft, the next to the reset gear just stop spinning and get stuck, so the system doesn't work any more. I don't know why this is happening. The first time I did it I fucked it up, te gear shaft got stuck. The second time, no problem and all worked fine. Now, the third time I'm doing the procces the gear shaft is stucked again. I don't know what to do, please help.

The gear moves a paddle inside the cartridge. May be it's broken or damaged.
