"Move Daily." My biggest grief last 2019 after the announcement of the 2018 Bar Examinations was 'more than chemical'. But I remembered asking my Dad to jog with me every morning despite the pitiful glares from the neighborhood as we pass by. Yup, it was doubly hard - my aching memories beat louder than my heart when tired. However, it kept me moving. I somehow felt peace. My body taught me to be steady and happy despite the onslaught of grief. Now that I am a lawyer, more complicated conflicts arise. I could say anxieties come and go, so thanks for this constant reminder, Bro. Bo! I need to change my mindset. Sleep early and wake up early. It's so hard given my present circumstances, but why not one baby step a day?

Thanks Bro. Bo with this child custody issue that I am going through it pulled me down at some point in my life. I was down, hurt and I feel like I just want to curl up all the time. But at the same time I have to think about my daughter. She is the reason that I have to fight and keep on going. At times I still feel the pain and i get so overwhelmed but I know all i have to do is pray and ask God for help.
