YES MARK LONG. I've never clicked faster. Still remember him on the OG Road Rules with Kit! Also another youtube vlogger I watch ( Lena ) says going to the gym or just walking / going for a run is the best way to get those free endorphins.

The only way I know Mark is that I grew up in Fort Wayne Indiana in the 80's and 90's and in the first season of Road Rules one of the assignments was to set up for a concert (Van Halen?) in Fort Wayne

29 is not young to start a family. It’s only young if you can afford help with your kids as you age. Having you kids in late 30s& 40s is much harder plus you are more likely to have a child with special needs. Their perspective is from men that aren’t caring for the kid 24/7.
