I do both, but my techniques are mostly nogi-specific. I normally enjoy Gi more when I am extremely tired. But I like nogi because I believe if you can be good at fighting slippery ppl, you can be good at fighting anybody lol

Haha right! Ya Im thinking of trying not to be gi specific myself, even though i dont get to many no gi classes, im sure ill compete no gi at some point. Spider guard not gonna translate well haha but I want to be well rounded one day. I do like no gi Im less tired and its nice on the hands also being able to slip out of subs easier! 🤜🤛

I prefer gi so far. No gi burns out my biceps and flares up my tendonitis if i do it more than twice a week. I do both though.
