Brown Noise 2 Hours, for Relaxation, Sleep, Studying and Tinnitus: Smooth. We created a new brown noise track and carefully used filters to remove the harsh high frequency content. When completing the sound design on this brown noise track I was aiming to re-create the ambience of distant traffic, washing machines or low level gentle noise from a distant place. It has a calming effect and can mask over other annoying sounds like a dripping tap or annoying neighbours being noisy.
This track contains pure brown noise without any additional brainwave entrainment tones/beats.
Brown noise is a useful sound masking tool, that can block out external sounds and distractions and be used in many different ways. Compared to white and pink noise, brown noise uses mostly lower frequencies, and is considered the most soothing to listen to of the three.
Use it to:
- Help you relax or fall asleep
- Block out distracting noise while you're studying
- Calm babies and help them get off to sleep
- Can help to calm and settle nervous and distressed dogs
- Provide relief for tinnitus

This is such a good white noise! There are too many white noises that is actually uncomfortable to listen to (and can be harmful to the ear) We think its awesome that more content creators are being more aware of the pitch levels when producing these sounds :)

I prefer 2 hours. For sleeping. When i wake up and the sound is still going for a 12 hour video, and i turn it off, i feel empty and alone lmao. But with 2 hours, its on when u fall asleep, but then it ends before u wake up. This way its not as bad lol
