I thought it had a little bit of a Root beer look to it with the clear , I'd like to get one of the Dakota digital dashes but that stuff is expensive and the old stuff still works so I'll keep the old stuff . Lol I was trying to finish up working on my 05 Ram 3500 , it's been down for 2 years, i had to rebuild the transmission, between long hours at work and waiting for parts seems like it's always something trying to stop me from finishing it , had a charging issue recently, got that squared away, so today I was working on the wiring for a transmission temperature gauge , I started the truck and noticed the brake light on , so I pushed the brake pedal and it went to the floor , didn't do that before , got out and looked and sure enough the hard line that goes over the gas tank busted , oh and I just replaced the rotted gas tank strap too. Lol oh well if this keeps up it will be really nice but sit longer 😂 God Bless

Ok, the neighbor is a-nnoy-ing. That's it... that's all I care to say. Kidding! I've got more to say: 1. I like the truck as-is, but it ain't mine, so I will deal with the upgrades. You can't go wrong with improving the "boom-booms", though. 2. If you're going to clearcoat the patina, I hear wet sanding with 220 is the way to go before spraying a thin coat for a decent shine. You're not going for Concours, remember. 3. I always check on my subscriptions, because KZbin is less than reliable with the notifications. I'm surprised I was notified on my other channel, but not this one.🤷 In closing, I will wish you all the best for all the projects. P.S. You were in 2nd grade in '82? You aren't old - you're a kid compared to me, lol!

Same color as my squarebody. Never liked the brown. But it's grown on me and i hate painting so it's staying brown

If that truck has a stock air filter look inside right around the carburetor lip there's a little piece of metal sticking up cut that out and it'll do burnouts for days
