AWWW THANK YOU SO MUCH for your kind words 😊 Yayyyy I’m so happy to hear that you’re gona make it , u got this . I know it will turn out great .. just take ur time , taste as you go along & add whatever u think it needs 😉. First thing first , season that cow foot like there is no tomorrow .. the base to a great tasting meal is to make sure that the meat is seasoned well & when you cook it you season that pot again adding all those flavourful natural seasonings 😊. Thanks so much for watching & commenting, I appreciate it , God bless you 😊

I like cow foot now; I did not as a child, so I am surprised my eldest likes it at 12. She calls it gummy meat! Lol. Bwoy di ova two howa wut a cookation though...me too cravn fi dat, mi usually lick it inna one pressure cooka 😂🤣😂🤣
@dreascuriouscuisine2 жыл бұрын
😆Isn’t it weird how things that we didn’t like as a child we can now gulp it up as an adult lol . I hated lettuce , I use to have to sit at the dinner table on Sundays for hours , my mom wouldn’t let me move until I eat it lol . Now it’s nothing , back then it tasted bitter 😆. It’s nice that your daughter likes it . & yes sometimes I do put it in the pressure cooker after I do the browning part then I add the hot water & let it cook for about 10 minutes just to seal the colour lol then I put it in the pressure cooker . But I’m always mindful of my subscribers, realise a lot of them don’t have 1 . So that’s why I sometimes show the longer method . Thank you so much for watching , God bless you 😊

No onions?!
@dreascuriouscuisine2 ай бұрын
Hey 👋🏾 Bro , yeah man of course there is onions in it 😆, I doubt I would cook it without it haha . But even when I seasoned it I used onion in the green seasoning / blended seasoning , which has onion , scallion , thyme , peppers and other things blended together and I use that to season the cow foot first . Then go to about 4 mins & a couple seconds in the video , I showed the rest of my ingredients and I had a purple onion in the little bowl & at 5minsi added the onion & 5 mins 4 seconds I explained that I had the red onion prepped already so that’s why I just use that instead of going to cut and use another white one ( u can use either onions 😊.. some prefer the red ones for salads , though I mainly use white . But the red does the same thing ) 😉 thanks so much for watching & commenting . God bless you 😊
