Hey! I thought I saw a question from you about where my food goes after my videos? The answer...to anyone who wants it. I try to spread the love between work and family. Cakes usually go to work because I know they'll be consumed fast. The Butter Pecan Ice Cream will be given to one of my coworkers when I get back from vacation this week. I keep the meats and salads. I make scrambled egg whites OR I add another whole egg to them, so they'll have a yellow tint, and scramble them as normal for breakfast.

I like it because it helps me open up my creative side. A big part of my personality is Type A. I've got to have control most of the time and since I know that about myself cooking allows me to open up, be creative and surrender to the process.
