Arjen, He is the definition of the best gym bro. Bro ripped his arm and still came directly back and cheered on Browny until the end and even took over counting the reps so he's still be part of the reps. Full respects to both of these men for doing the challenge and being by each other through the whole thing. That's what makes someone more than a friend, they are brothers even if not by blood.

I am an endurance athlete who does 400km bike rides. In long training sessions you need to eat real food. I would recommend snacking in between sets every nor and again, but big meals every 2 hours or hour and a half, take like a 10 min break. Whole real foods like V8 is really good, sandwiches, multivitamins, and liquid calories during the exercise like drink mix. Comfort is everything in these challenges, nice chairs, nice temperature, nice clothes. Good luck if you do anything like this again!

My own personal record is 1200 in 4 hours and it was alone and I got scared when my forearm started to cramp. A year ago I tore my pec and anything that resembled a tear scared me. But I think with enough prep I can really push past that number because I had more in me. This video was amazing and with people like Truet Hanes, Doug Martin, Nathan Freihofer, David Goggins, and now both of you I am so inspired to work harder!

Amazing, hats off. I once did pull-ups for 7 hours straight (I did a bit over 1800). In last hour and a half, I got cramps in biceps, back and stomach (even though I heavily supplied salts, water etc.) I had to lean onto a wall after every set of pullups. In last half an hour I couldn't put my hand off the high bar - It would always cramp and I had to use the other hand to let go off bar For two days afterwards I got cramps in random parts of my body - i.e. waking up because of cramps in my calves or so. For three weeks I couldn't do pullups - whenever I did, my arms fell asleep, the feeling of pins and needles in them. Hopefully you were better prepared and did not have these issues! If you ever do it again, consider doing it 2 pull-ups at the time. 5 is a lot. It is much easier to rest 10-20 seconds and do 2 pulls, than rest a minute and do 5 of them. When I did it, I only did the amount of pull-ups that felt "fast". Once I didn't feel like it will be very easy to do the pull-up, I stopped. Also, what helped me a lot was using different pull-up bar for every set - different bar-width, different surface etc.

Perhaps a suggestion in growing towards 10Million Subscribers....There is a large segment of the population that isn't often covered in your videos (although I know that you are doing very well). Maybe do so challenges to 'middle aged' or 'older' men or women? Or, young women that are interested in transforming/getting in better shape for their body. I see at my gym and other gyms, more and more people working out for health, which are many women and middle aged and older men. As I am 67 years old, I still enjoy your content and motivation very much, but also feel that you may be missing a large portion of the population to follow your channel. Perhaps, even an 'experiment' on doing a couple of these transformations and see how they are viewed. Just a suggestion for you. Good luck on your continued suggestion and channel(s).

I felt dead watching this I couldn’t feel ur pain, but I want to say I would like to see you guys do a video on doing a taekwondo black belt grading I did my one recently and it was tough, what you do is you start with doing a 30 second leg hold to the side for both legs ( 30 secs each ) then you go down and do 50 press ups and go straight into 45 squats then it’s 15 tuck jumps then it 75 burpees and that’s the started done , after that you get a 10 minute brake and you fight the other people there (6 rounds and 2 mins every round) after you have lunch (30 mins) and then you have to brake boards like in ur tic tocs (adult men have to do the hardest board) u may do any technique you want but has to be at least 3 arm brakes and 3 leg brakes ( legs must be above the hip when braking) and then finally you have to do a 2.5 mile run and 100 press ups in under 25 minutes and that’s it hopefully you see this and I didn’t write this for nothing lol
