Hello Dream, I love watching all your videos. I've made several of your delicious and easy recipes. I made the pantry brownie cookie recipe today, and the cookies stayed in round balls after they came out of the oven. The cookies never spread. I went back and watched the pantry brownie recipe and then watched the brownie cookie recipe. I rechecked the recipes I copied as you were making the cookies. I can not understand why the cookies didn't spread. Could you please help me out and explain what I did wrong? I'm 73 years old, and I've been baking, cooking, etc, since I was 15 years old. Try spraying your cookie scooper with Pam prior to scooping out the dough

Hello all, I know how busy Dream must be and cannot possibly answer all questions. I sent a comment asking why my pantry cho cookies kept their shape in round balls and didnt flatten out after they came out of the oven.If anyone can tell me why this happened so I can correct it I'd sure appreciate it. Hmmm I’m trying to figure out why they wouldn’t have flattened out. Was your oven extremely hot?

Thank you Dream for your reply. I'll try it again and see what happens. I did go over the pantry brownie recipe and the brownie cookie recipe to make sure the measurements I used were correct. It's a mystery that's for sure. Thank you very much. Ro
