Are you referring to the gun or the lady? In the long run I think the gun will be cheaper.😂

Does it come in both right & left hand ? Is that the sporting model in 12 bore ? What weigt is it out the case? Is the adj comb standard and how wide in mm is the tram line on the rib ? Is that a standard grade timber ? Thanks
@StrictlyShootingUK Жыл бұрын
Hiya, so this is right hand only (although we can cast in house). Gun pictured and ones in stock are the XS Pro which is a natural competition sporter but perfectly acceptable for game (only with flush chokes imo) Adj comb is standard yes, adj from the back so no bolt holes in the wood. The timber is grade four it’s Turkish walnut and the tram line is 8-10mm tapered. Hope this helps, let me know if there is anything I haven’t covered. Including the 250 off when you visit Premier Guns

What about the weight?
@StrictlyShootingUK Жыл бұрын
You can vary it, so I didn’t mention it. The barrel weights are 37 grams. You can really load this gun up if you want to x

Oh OK thanks, my 725 comes in at 7lb 13 so wouldn't want anymore than that. Fantastic gun though and good review.

I have this gun and to be honest the quality is very disappointing. After a few months of ownership I got caught in a very light rain for a few seconds while on a stand. A short while later I noticed water mark stains all over the stock which will not come out. It now needs taking right back and re oiling at my expense. You’d expect a gun of this price to be oiled properly from the factory! Browning weren’t interested one bit in helping with the issue. A few months later I noticed the White inlays starting to turn blackish in colour. I cleaned it properly after every use (which has been very light) with the products recommended by Browning and the Blackish areas did come clean but are now silver in colour, the same as the rest of the action. I’ve owned far cheaper guns over the years such as a beretta 686E, 682 Gold E, Silver Pigeon and a few semi autos and never had any issues with any of those guns. In my opinion this is a cheaply made gun designed to look fancy, but it fails in the quality department. I wish I’d saved myself a load of money and bought a new Beretta 694 instead!

Oh my life. This is the first time I’ve ever heard anything like this but thank you for letting us know. I’m sorry to hear this, did it all get sorted?
@MW_198111 ай бұрын
No, none of it has been sorted. Browning weren’t at all interested with the watermark damage (according to the gun shop I purchased from). As for the white engraving, I haven’t spoken to them yet and doubt I’ll even waste my time trying. It’s certainly put me off buying a Browning ever again unfortunately.

Just a 525 with a fancy lazy engraving. Rather spend a little more & get a SO5
@StrictlyShootingUK Жыл бұрын
Wow. I mean. Erm. What can I say. Yes it’s a 525 but with plenty more. And yeah you won’t get an SO5 for that money. It’s a good price the Crown is. And all the goodies.
@Tristy1987 Жыл бұрын
@@StrictlyShootingUK you’ll be surprised what you can get for £5k. You’ll get a competition ready blaser f3 with grade 5-6 wood for that money. Very fast handling gun & great trigger.

Why a gold trigger. Just wrong

It used to drive me mad too but it’s actually a particular Browning thing which I now enjoy. It was the 725 pro sport that really used to jar but now I like it and I like it on the crown, the citori, anything. Coz it means it’s a Browning and I love Brownings. I actually asked them about it once and they said it’s a thing we do and ever since then, I’ve been cool with them. Not really answer but it’s the one I got in response to the exact same question you have x

@StrictlyShootingUK a long time ago. I went to Ali Pali for a bick show. It was the first year triumph had brought out the speed triple. I was talking to my wife at that time. I said what a great bike. But why ruin it. They had used cross head screws for the dials. A man was standing next to me who was listening. Next year they used alen key screws. That was the managing director. Some times we are right
