I guess to be fair, Gears 1 is mostly foreshadowing and set up for the later games. Even some of it's trailers mention stuff that becomes important in 2 and 3

@@whatsup-dx1vsI mean from what I’ve seen, I don’t see “amazingly” written characters. Maybe 2 and 3 change that, but in this game, the soldiers are pretty much just soldiering types that do soldiering things. And the bad guy is just a big mean bad guy. I don’t think he even said anything.

In the original (X360 version, Act 5 started at the train station with "Special Delivery". The whole Brumak chase stuff between leaving the house and getting to the station was added in the PC version in 2007. Idk if they were planned but cut or created for that version tho. I had hoped they would add it as DLC (not having the means of playing the PC version, at the time) but they never did. I played the shit out of Gears but I never played these chapters until I played Ultimate Edition lol.

People are so weird. I get that guy might dislike Sekiro, and fair because not every game is for everyone, but Sekiro is, objectively, a fucking phenomenal game. You not liking it doesn't change that.
