Winston had a fumble an int and 280 yards and still played better than russ.... because NONE of Winston's yards came off of blown plays.....the play the steelers had a blown coverage on the brow s TE dropped the ball... Russ has been bad to avg and all his production has been on blown plays. I know they don't want to give bears that 4th round pick, but if steelers want to make a run they need to move to fields. in 6 games as the starter fields had 10 tds and 1 turnover. in 5 games, russ has 7 tds and 3 turnovers. the offense was better under fields considering the play style of the steelers overall. if every game is gonna be a grueling slug them out close game, then fields should be the starter. russ is getting sacked more, and has 3 times as many turnovers even though hes played one less game, and he might not even match fields 6 game total of 10 tds. literally the only difference is, when fields was playing, every single deep ball and big play was either called by back a stupid penalty on the o-line that had no impact on the outcome of the play, or pickens drew a defensive PI, and the ball moves 50 yards down the field, but it doesnt count on the stat sheet. they could have easily avg 25+ a game with fields if they didnt have so many stupid penalties, which had nothing to do with fields.

This is a big moment for the Giants front office. Are you going to start next year with a new QB & Coach duo? Maybe run it back with Daboll? Big decisions that will trickle down for years to come, potentially

The Steelers are the 3 seed for a reason, they are very well coached, and have quality talent. Mike Tomlin is a more effective version of Marty Schottenheimer, who could take any 53 guys and get to the playoffs. The primary difference is Tomlin can win a playoff game with the right talent.

The biggest tell of how the Steelers feel about Fields are discussions like this where they’re talking about splitting him out as a receiver. Can we just get this dude developed please? Please?

I dont know what the hate is for Russ... Russ was not signed to carry this Steelers team... He was signed to bring competent QB play (which he is already doing), to an already decent team (and cook when he needs too)

hmm 76% complt, 1 td, 270 yards and thats pedestrian. SO that means half of Mahomes games this year are the same he was okay since that is what he has in a lot of games, same for Lamar

By no means am I Steelers fan, let’s just get that straight. But the fact that these sports pundits don’t understand what Pickens meant by weather playing a factor is embarrassing. Anyone that spent time playing outdoor sports knows that inclement weather evens the playing field. If you’re the better team you pray for good weather so nothing funky can happen.
@gramz23Ай бұрын
That’s stupid everyone plays in the weather if you’re a bad team in good weather you’re a bad team in bad weather. This is a sore loser mentality. It could of just been we didn’t get the job done
@isiahnelsonivАй бұрын
The bad team had to play in the same weather. Jeudy had a decent game. The game has been around longer than Pickens. You can’t control the weather. Just play ball
@justin_watson1Ай бұрын
@ How is that stupid? It’s literally fact. If you have a more athletic, skill based team you will be more affected by bad weather than a team that relies on strength and fundamentals. Because in snow, you no longer have the ability to cut and accelerate the same as you would on dry turf, taking away your normal advantage over the opponent.

@@justin_watson1then please explain to me why the Squealers were playing worse when the weather was not bad in the first half? They scored more points in the second half when the conditions were much worse!!! GTFOH!🤪🤪
@justin_watson1Ай бұрын
@ 🤦 The incompetence is unbelievable. I didn’t mention anything about the outcome or what happened during the game. I was defending Pickens and what he said because of people like you not understanding what his comments meant.

Hey Wildes, please ask Chris why he whacked me in the head with his backpack as he was looking for a seat during the Candlelight Hip Hop show on Thursday. Like who wears a big bulky backpack to a dinner either way I got to meet Chris Brousard and I almost asked him to say the word “mature.” 🤣🤣
