It’s the “new” Browns fans. It never used to be as bad as it is now. Bunch of yuppies and casuals now that want to be pampered in a domed stadium. I lived for the Browns being sold to Baltimore, and I’d rather have no team then play in a dome in Brook Park haha Jimmy is the worst thing to happen to this franchise since Art Model. I gave my season tickets away. This is not the Browns I grew up loving.

Watson is the most hated man in Cleveland. Fans think they have been screwed by him with his terrible play and contract that has set the team back years. All of this is true, so I dont see anything wrong when people express their dissatisfaction with him when he makes a public post. With that being said, us fans hate Jimmy Haslem even more. But he doesnt do stuff like this publicly, so Watson gets the brunt of it (deservingly so).

Yes the game will be temperature controlled but tailgating sucks and the days before the SB the cold will stop people from going out to places in that city.

There are so many other issues with the team needing another running back more help on the offense & the defense to be able to stop the run and not get beat by dink and dunk pass plays. I’m sure it’s more of the illusion that Watson is supposed to be rehabing but looks like he’s not and doing a luxury dinner at a 5 star restaurant. I don’t care if he does that, just don’t be posting that if you don’t want more negative publicity that you already have. As for the stadium, I would meet in the middle and have the dome stadium by the lake out of tradition. Also Haslam (at least original said) he wanted a domed stadium so the city could host a Super Bowl. It’s just now a tradition of owners that want a new stadium is they have to have concept drawings of a commercial area surrounding it to help make up the income spent building it.
