cost to park 30 to 70 dollars. average 50 dollars. they closed the bridges so everyone would have to pay to park and they could make millions more. in addition to getting a free stadium.

I just went to the game yesterday and agree that they need more options to get to and from the stadium, especially when the game ends and you just have to follow the sea of humanity up the hill. With the stadium being so close to the water, they should start a ferry service that takes you from other points around the surrounding area and drops you off near the stadium. I feel like a lot of people would love that.

Another mistake on the lake. I feel bad for the Browns, most people dont know they used to be good in 40s 50s and earl 60s. The they went in the crapper and got out. I was raised a browns fan. My dad was. He somehow knew Lou Groza, an tackle and placekicker on the team. Also we live in rural Pennsylvania and the only channel we got on TV was WICU, out of Erie. And they carried the Browns games. BTW, Jim B rown was the best running back i ever seen play.

Neat vid. Don't know if drones are allowed there (obviously not on game day) but it would be a good demonstration of their utility if you could "fly" the routes fans took. Probably right about wealthy fans getting priority. Regular folks always come last. btw, could you do a video of Clevelands railroad bridges? I understand some are stuck in unusable positions.

Wow, what an eyesore! With new stadium discussions underway, I’m sure this is all up in the air. Especially since the new stadium may not be on the lake. I kind of the thought of the stadium in a different location and the turning the area into a beautiful lakefront park. But the history at that location… wow!

I remember that bridge and I always thought it was so cool being painted like a football field.

Interesting video. I hope they reopen the bridge or come up with a new plan for pedestrians. It doesn’t really pay to have a downtown stadium if it’s not easy to get to.

Oh I originally thought it was closed due to it being structurally unstable, but not for the reason you mentioned. It seems like there could be an over crowding problems only having two access points to the stadium from downtown.

Always thought they closed these due to how old they were. Can you make a video with your thoughts on the developing plans for the new land bridge to the stadium? Seems nice to me but I’m not sure it’ll ever actually be completed.

At least they supposedly have the Waterfront line running. I never will pay $50+ to park for a football game. No chance.

With the planning to revitalize the lakefront and update the stadium with all the renovations they have in place I feel like they’re going to do something about that bridge. to save money they’ll probably just renovate the hell out of it and use it again But they’re also supposed to build a giant land bridge so they might even tear it down

Used to use those bridges all the time to get to Municipal Stadium. Considering how bad access is to get in and out via W3rd and E9th, I think it’s stupid that they don’t utilize these bridges or build replacements for them to help funnel people in and out for games. I don’t believe that road that runs by the stadium is even used on game day by public vehicles

With the road next to the stadium and people trying to exit or enter had to been a traffic and safety nightmare.

They arent forgotten. We just need to take a long walk before and ESPECIALLY after games to think about why we're doing this to ourselves. Gives us an excuse to stop by margaritaville too.

We used those all the time. Last time i used it i saw a cop bludgeoning a fan for disobeying orders to halt so he could let the rich fans out. I had no idea they closed it as i don't goto games anymore.

Improving pedestrian access to the Lakefront is definitely part of the current administration's plans going forward, though unsure how that will directly cater to Browns' Stadium. I love that idea of a ferry service, but at the same time, there's a train station literally in this video. Cleveland has a great capacity for public transit to and from games, if they'd just utilize it appropriately.

It would be neat to see the city of Cleveland restore this bridge, and I do see this to work in 2023! They do need to modernize the amenities that may need to be modernized. Like lighting to LEDs, and more minor things like the goal post. Another modernisation is to have wheelchair accessibility along the side of the stairwell for 2-3 rows.
