Are everyday fame in Newark New Jersey? People going side by side with each other. Doing that thing each and every day.

Can you tell me if the statue of Abraham Lincoln seated on a bench is still in front of I think the Hall of Records bldg. looking down Market. We used to sit there when I was a teenager .
@warriorcrownprince44803 ай бұрын
Yes it still sitting.

@warriorcrownprince4480 Thank you. I grew up in E. Orange, but visited cousins every weekend in Newark on Hunderdon Street. As a teen (1965), we'd walk downtown from there and would always rest on Lincoln. Lol. We moved to Newark to Homestead Park in 1968 after the riots, then when I got married '75 lived on Elizabeth Ave at Lyons Avenue. I moved to California in 1989.

Not to sound racist but it’s crazy to see so many non-black faces. Back in the day 98% black and depending on the day, the street would be packed with people. Shoutout Newark.
