Hey... I'm confused. Jose Rizal class ships would've come with C-Star missiles and Blue Shark torpedoes, right? I'm pretty sure only things you guys are waiting on are CIWS and AA missiles in the VLS. I'm reading through comments and so many people are complaining about lack of missiles and torps. 🤔

CIWIS will be installed in later upgrade packages once PH Navy raises funds. They also have empty VLS cells, which will be filled with AA missiles later. They should have C-Star anti-ship missiles, though...

Di po kasali sa kontrata yung VLS at CIWS. Ang requirement lang na nilagay sa Frigate Acquisition Project during bidding ay dapat may space para malagyan ng VLS at CIWS (FFBNW).

there was no budget allotted for CIWS and VLS hence it was listed as FFBNW.

Still we can also afford to have atleast 2 GAU-12/U for AA defence, and we just need to manufacture our own ammunitions supply, because there are so many weaponsmiths here in our country's why not fund them and give them a manufacturing plant right? It will be more efficient and cost cutting in our budget.

@@joselbryantolentino9499 Surely in the future the JRC frigates will be fitted with the FFBNWs in the list. The Goverment Arsenal already produces ammunitions for assault rifles and small arms. Its possible but not as easy as what you are implying.

@@AFPMPU maganda yung pinost mo for small/light seacraft pero d kakayanin nyan ang mga barko ng PLAN dahil d pa natin nakikita mga barkong PLAN lubog na mga barko naten.. dapat anti ship missiles na harpoon or yung french missile na 80's pa pero effective pa din or naval version ng brahmos kung meron man..
