I would say this is Grime... Drill and Grime beats largely interchangable - 140BPM. And as I said here, if you're going to do that, then drop the instruments that conflict with the flow you're going for. I know what Grime is. This beat itself is just a bit ambiguous and even his flow isn't something I think a lot people would immediately consider Grime on first listen. UK Drill draws influences from Grime, especially with the 808s and BPM, but a lot of artists and producers have also started creating hybrid sounds that are blurring lines.
