The 125 adventure down to Italy sounds fantastic. Love to do something like that. The nc500 on c90s would be awesome £1500 budget to buy and prep. Then load the tents and kit on the bike and off round the nc500. Imagine 30 or so clan members on honda c90's

Great pod guys I’ve had 5 Ktm over the last 12 years the last two being 1290 gts 29,000 in 5 years on the last one and 18,000 in 3 years on my present bike only issue horn switch on the first one and rear shock on the present one sorted under warranty no problems tour Europe every year . Love the bikes

Love this episode guys, great chat. I can confirm the KTM issue, great bike but my new to me 2021 890 Adv has been in the workshop since beginning of April with Cam issues. Not only is the issue real but KTM are struggling to get replacement parts out! Hopefully getting her back by end of August, just in time for the end of the season 🤦

Good old chat with Choppsy. There was me saying the other day on your S1000RR-M video that you need to get the band back together and then Choppsy pops up. As for the next challenge, how about you get as many of the band back together as you can and do the Milan thing, but see how many countries you can get through. At a quick peruse(sp?) on Googlelymaps, UK, France, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Lietchenstein, Austria and finally into Italy From the Chunnel departure road it's showing under 1000 miles.

The BIG hunt ( stop groaning Bruce ffs)...to ease you in gently ( As per John's request)... curry.....either Birmingham ( allegedly home of the balti) or Brick Road in London. Both achievable in one day for you both to ride to etc etc. As for further afield it has to be the 125's to Italy for ....( Naples is to far so no pizza )...Bologna for spaghetti Bolognese !! ( couldn't be bothered to do Ravioli lmao). Keep up the outstanding different, interesting content !!

The ‘Helmsley TT’ is the road you were talking about that you did on the ‘big hunt’ episode. Sorry - nowhere near Grimsby! North from Helmsley to Stokesley (in the North Yorkshire Moors). There are some cracking roads south of Grimsby in the Lincolnshire Wolds, notably the B1225 that runs past Cadwell!

Suzuki have sat on that 1000 VVT engine for too long. What BMW\ Ducati have taught us is that people will pay the extra for the tasty engine. Suzuki if you are going to put a K5 into everything, give us the VVT option. Neevsy name-checked John as a good track rider ;-)

Have you guys updated the firmware on your Action 4? I got one last week and it's absolutely fantastic. With the DJI lav mic going into the DJI USB adapter, there's a 1 second clip where it mutes and switches over to the external mic, but other than that no issues with delay or anything. Might be firmware chaps, the footage I'm getting out of it looks so much more natural than the GoPro and I absolutely love it.

Both of you chaps are way younger than me, so the weight thingy won't be any easier in the coming years... /quoting a trusted source seated on my chair. I used to be able to keep my "judo weight" of 72 kg without even trying, but now that I'm closing in on being 60, and it is all "forget about it". Not fun but a reality. A simple fish and chips tries to run across you and you gain a kilogram just by looking at it. Age sucks, but the alternative sucks even more.

I was 145 kg, but after i got diabetes so no sukker, no beer. I know, no beer what the hell i drink one or when i am with friends. And gone pescetarian does not eat meat. But unlike vegetarians, they like to supplement the plant-based diet with fish and shellfish. In addition, pescetarians also eat both dairy products and eggs. I have lost 25 kg, over 5 years. And i don´t do workout i hate it. 😁 Lifestyle change, one of the hardest things I've ever done. But it is the best thing for my health ever. And no smoking either.
