QUESTION for ya! .....After scouring the net for details, it appears Henry Cole's "The Motorbike Show" (Se13) has shrunk to ONLY FOUR EPISODES for the entire series! (from a paltry SIX!) Am I correct in assuming we need MORE "Bike Shows" on TV to promote motorcycling and all it's benefits and the industry as a whole? Any ways available to you to find out what happened? IMHO we need at least 26x1hr weekly shows, just to cover news, reviews, historical and lifestyle features! Features like restorations, tours and "silly stuff" could add another 13hrs to the schedule, covering almost ALL the "riding season", and if timed right, would even cover part of the "rebuild season"! THATS 39 weeks of motorcycle promotion, EVERY YEAR! ..........EV's get more than the measly FOUR WEEKS we got this year!! Is it any wonder the industry is dying?

I started listening online then switched to YT as I am doing shit in the background and needed some visuals. I'm only 10minutes and writing this. I'm 53, scottish but live down under and have down for many years. I lost my wife of 29years, soul mate since we were 16 in June of this year, one month before her 52nd birthday. 2 young adults that went through all of this as well. It's 6months 2moro since she passed and it's been really bloody hard. I to love my motorbike and ride most days to work on it. My wife had a 4.5 year battle with Bowel Cancer which metatsised into her Liver then at the end pretty much her whole body. In the end, pnuemonia was the culprit. I've got a great bunch of friends etc. that have and still do help me in many ways. Just being included in most things like before and not being the odd single person amongst other couples. It's taken me pretty much 5months to sort through all our her estate let say, from the obvious things to the money side as well. It's been a challenge thats for sure. The other thing is that I'm now the only remaining family to my Father in Law who lives on his own in a small village not far from, lets say, the real Perth. He's got dementia and possibly some bowel cancer as well, find out in January when he has more tests. Anyways, enough blab fae me, I'm off to listening to the rest of the pod.

Kate and Noraly Schoenmaker (Itchyboots) are my inspiration to spend my "free" retirement time reinventing my motorcycling hobby. Kate is sensible and straightforward...her risks are calculated. Noraly is crazy but wonderful. She does frighten me at times. Both ladies produce superb videos. Quality and ability in 2 "small" packages. AMAZING. FYI - Mike's lane-splitting on the Geurrilla was as scary as Noraly's worst adventures.
