One of the greatest runners ever. He ran the Comrades ultra marathon many times and had the records of the 90 km Comrades: up and down hill.

Let's see YOU running just over 3 mins per km in your late fifties. Bruce was on track for type II diabetes. Now he'd snotklap you silly at ANY distance event.
