Wow, What a great shoot interview! I was not aware Bruce was this knowledgeable of the psychology side of business. Bruce's analysis of the who, what, when & why is spot on. Hannibal is in a class all by himself. Every shoot he asked the questions fans have always been intrigued by. He is a throw back to the glory days of wrestling. If Hannibal could have arrived on the scene from 72 to 85. No Way Would He Have Been Denied!!! Hannibal's heel charisma is a combination of Muracco & Piper. Cocky Arrogant Tough as nails, with a touch of The Missing Links insanity. You know its a work but he is so talented at convincing you to ask Hey Is This Guy Serious. Continued Success Cruzer In CT

Bruce Hart has one of the most creative minds in pro wrestling, but I have heard he wasn't so good with the books. The WWE should hire him for their creative team, or make him in charge. He knows how to come up with unique ideas and characters.

Keep up the Good Work , Devon . I agree wholeheartedly with Bruce . The competition has to be believable and the fans don't want to be reminded constantly through various bullshit that wrestling is entertainment . Most of us knew that back in the Kayfabe days .

I do too but the Hart family speech pattern takes a while to get used to . Once you do though Bruce is pretty spot on in his assessments and lets his guests speak . Thats a deal breaker when a host talks over his guest .

Bruce Hart is very known to be a very smart wrestling person. He knows the buisness probably just as good as anyone not only the territories but also all of pro wrestling. Not sure how well Bruce knows hockey but man I met Bret Hart he knows hockey so well pro and minor league hockey. Not to mention Bret Hart owned the Calgary Hitman and knows hockey just like he does pro wrestling. The hart family has to be the most famous wrestling family in us or canada hands down.
@morrnmanderson73763 жыл бұрын
Wow you can hear Bretts voice when Bruce talks lol. But he is right. We dont need to be reminded its a work. We mostly all knew that even in the kayfabe days. But its no different than watching a movie. You know ddep down what you are watching isnt real, but if its done serious enough, your suspension of disbelief kicks in and you dont think about it being a work. But just like in the movies, if you dont treat it seriously, and you do a bunch of unbelievable stuff, your suspension of disbelief wont kick in and you wont be able to ignore that its not real.

I was wa0tching old GCW vids and rarely saw a boring match even with job guys . There were no high spots . To me modern wrestling is more insulting than the old . I know people like the new style but there are plenty of people who walked away after 98-99. Many more that have long since stopped watching when the territory system crashed . Those people have no wrestling to watch anymore . Its a sizeable audience . I surely wish I could cash in on it .

Why Bret Hart doesn’t like Bruce Hart? Bret said Bruce knows nothing about wrestling. I found that very strange thing to say about your brother. Bruce seems like a cool guy and been around wrestling all his life.
@vanthdreadstar80394 жыл бұрын
I would love to see what Bruce would consider a 5 star match that he thinks would get over with the fans, today. I would like to see that from Jim Cornette as well. No disrespect to either individual, just interested to see what they envision would work.

One thing about the Hart's they hardly if ever called Stu dad. But then again the Hart family is pretty fucked up even when I seen them in house shows here in Edmonton way back in the mid 70'S

I find it amusing that the Harts blame Samoa Joe for one move he's done thousands of times incident free....and not the wear and tear of Kidd taking crazy bumps starting when he was a teenager in their rings. Nattie is far more interesting and well adjusted telling her family history than her uncles...

Is there a territory that has benefited from WWE's propaganda machine more than Stampede? If you were a fan, that's great...but it was a tiny (money) territory that was never a player in the industry. And even it's periods of success were short-lived, killed by the Hart sons, who were more Gulas than the Von Erich. pushing themselves. It's important to remember that they died. WWE did run hard at them like he did the other territories...and that's according to Bret himself.
@pbanik5 жыл бұрын
Stampede Wrestling was broadcast in numerous countries around the world, and the list of wrestlers that territory produced or wrestled there at least once would astound you. Here's their IMDB URL: www.imdb.com/title/tt0192931/fullcredits Here's their Hall of Fame: www.wrestling-titles.com/canada/ab/stampede/hof.html Stampede Wrestling didn't have the money to compete with the WWF/WWE, but then again, who does, outside of WCW, and maybe now AEW?
@Scott-jj5on5 жыл бұрын
It was some of the best wrestling going.It was rough as hell,bordered on the edge and there live shows were outstanding.The amount of top guys that wrestled there and they produced not many territories can match.Before running your mouth do some research fucktard.
