Gene, but especially Pauls's ego wouldn't want ANY SPOTLIGHT to be taken off them and of course the "avatar " situation and inviting past band members for even just a last final bow, would have been tragic for Paul. He only wants people to remember the "new" Kiss - certianly not any of the other versions.

Paul did overpriced paintings of Ace and Peter so I don’t know if he wants to revise history. The CGI people can always change it to Ace and Peter.

I have a lot of respect for Bruce. He's always been gracious and never said a bad word about anyone. I think he's the best guitarist Kiss had after Ace. Paul runs Kiss and his fragile ego wouldn't allow him to recognize anyone else who played a crucial part in Kiss's career. They totally went out on a sour note in my opinion. That Avatar crap is going to flop !

If a guy who is normally quiet about matters involving his former band is calling them out especially coming from a stand up guy like Kulick, it means Kiss’s douchiness must be off the charts even compared to how they were in the past nowadays

Two outta of the three greatest guitars solo’s I’ve ever heard in my life are: Bruce Kulick’s Tears Are Falling and Reason To Live. And the third being George Lynch’s solo on Alone Again.

Bruce is the only member of Kiss I've had the honour of meeting in person at his guitar clinic once. He fired all those ripping solos like 'Tears Are Falling' & 'Unholy' within a few feet of distance, even 'Lonely Is The Hunter' after I re-jigged his memory by asking about the solos he played on 'Animalize'. He was a gentleman, chatted at length, took the high road & shared funny stories about every member, even complimented my airbrushed Eric Carr shirt & signed my Union DVD. Was sad the KI$$ biz ruined the Kulicks' brotherhood in the end & they never got the chance to make peace, that will always sit heavy with Bruce now Bob is gone. I was the same as you Dr. Fukk, I could only handle a small dose of the final MSG show live, luckily my neighbour invited me so it was free at least lol It was the most predictable anticlimax we could expect. Kiss Karaoke bullshit. I just remember the good old days now. Cheers for keeping it real ✊

I saw kiss on the Animalize and Asylum tours in Buffalo NY. After one of those My buddy and I went to the bar in the hotel that Kiss was staying at. Eric and Bruce came down and Eric sat at the bar the whole time talking to my buddy who was a drummer. Bruce was obsessed with playing bubble hockey and kept calling out to someone for more quarters. I fed him a few quarters and he was nice enough to stop and give me his autograph on a napkin. Eric did too. I kicked myself for not bringing the tour book into the bar. Bruce is crazy tall. I'm 6'1" and he seemed to tower over me. Maybe I was just start struck at age 18 or 19. Never saw hide nor hair of Gene or Paul.

Being 58 now I was to young back then to go to a Kiss show in the 70's when I loved them basically from the 74 to 78 which makes me really regret not shelling out the money in 96 when I had a chance to see the REAL Kiss. But I did see them in 1986 which is the second-best Kiss band with Bruce & Eric Carr so at least I got that going for me. Great show, W.A.S.P. opened.

I can see an Ace, Bruce and Gene tour happening, and it would be better than the EOTR shows. The meet and greets would probably be expensive but not as ridiculous as how much the EOTR meet and greets were going for. I think had it been up to Gene, he would have wanted Bruce, Ace and Peter to be there, but Paul felt otherwise.

The bottom line is that those 2 "final" shows in NYC were nothing special! The same cookie-cutter setlists as a night in Canada weeks prior, for example...Zero extra songs. Zero guest performances. The final nights didn't stand out at all. I saw them on this 5-year End of the Road odyssey, but really glad I didn't shell out thousands to go to NY. I missed nothing. Bruce makes some good points. All the a ss lickers alleging that the Final Show was amazing, fantastic blah blah blah They then mocked Eddie Trunk and by default. . . Ace Frehley. 1 month later . . . We heard about the reality of it all. Yep . . It was lame as lame could be AND that both Thayer and Eric Singer were going through the motions. No surprises there. Last Laugh I saw fake KISS in one of the worst days if my life. It was Friday, the 26th August 2022 and that afternoon my dad was diagnosed with Terminal cancer. He passed 9 mnonths later. Good News I saw KISS in my home city of Sydney Australia 🇦🇺 on that day. People wrote rave views. I didn’t. I wrote an in depth review which was fair, and I believe. . . honest. My review was picked up by a Canadian newspaper and was syndicated. I have mostly forgotten what I wrote, but I remember a few tasty morsels. I wrote that both Tommy Thayer and Eric Singer were going through the morptions. Thayer was doing paint by numbers, and he sounded like a 16 year old who had just learned to play guitar. His solo on Love Gun was partly.souless . It brought a smile to my face. WHY - it helped affect their ticket sales which dramatically slumped. Yep, for those who can remember the KISS " this is it, we are really calling it a day" experienced declining ticket sales in the USA which became of a concern. Im not stupid. My syndicated review alone didn't cause this, ticket sales slump but word got around. Also, there were KZbin videos of Eric Singer especially. . . taking the piss. If you try you can find KZbin vids of Eric Singer singing Beth and he is clearly laughing and talking to someone else. The first time Singer was caughtbdoing this was at the Sidious Australia show on Friday the 26th August, 2022 I love the hypocrisy. Hopefully, this farce truly ends.

The "End..." tour had some really questionable cancellations, even going back to '19 in California. Remember, this tour started very early in '19. I attribute those to lackluster ticket sales, but who knows. Let's not forget how the ENTIRE Vegas residency was scrapped. Poor sales? Me thinks so!

Some of thier best was from the 80s What gene and Paul need to do is go back in the studio Take the non make up And whipe that glossy poppy crap off of it ,that alone would toughen it up. And bang bang you and read my body doesn't exist After Vinnie and mark Please be precise You had to be there And gene did the rockets out his guitar in the 80s no ace

Last show was a complete flop. Have been a fan since 1996 and even understanding the limitations (Paul's voice, age etc) there is really no excuse for how poor the presentation was. Not even a new slideshow celebrating all members. Lying about "anyone could show up" then hearing later no one was invited? Poor form. The post show interviews were pathetic - Gene talking about his kidney stone? Drunk Shannon? I did like the pre-show stuff with their kids... that was probably my favorite part of the entire night. Bruce should have been there, at the very least, interviewed before the show and in the VIP section with his family. Same goes for Peter, Ace and Eric Carr's family? Would they have shown up? Probably not, but the fact they were invited would have shown some sort of class. I didn't expect "UNPLUGGED" level of excitement, but even with my expectations very low - somehow it still let me down. I never feel the need to watch that show again.
