@@giornogiovanna3139 yeah but this purchase had nothing to do with work at the time he was severely depressed that an innocent person died because of him because at first he refused to Ra's Al Ghul and his friend was killed by him he then later killed Ra"s and felt terrible because he hated that there was no alternative he also lost his motivation for becoming Batman because he had killed the person responsible for his parents death which was what motivated him from the beginning although he then realized that even though Ra's was gone Gotham still needed help so he eventually got better and later became Batman

I think alot of people misinterpreted this, Bruce didn’t buy the place on the spot, he already owned it. He just had to introduce himself to the manager as they had probably never met in person before. Its why Bruce says “he knows who you are, he just doesn’t care.” Its also why the Bouncer lets him through, and without further exchange of words introduces Bruce as the owner.

In retrospect Bruce has the best power among all the heroes, money and an incredible brain, he is essentially superhuman, I mean the dude only needs 4 hours of sleep, has all the combat skills, knows almost everything, puts fear in everyone's eyes. Like sure if given the opportunity I would love to have superman powers but imagine how much I have to hold back, all the main super heroes of the DC world has to deal with shit cause of their powers, like supes gotta hold back all the time, flash has to eat 10 thousand calories just to survive, that sounds amazing but ain't after a while, cyborg, well he a robot now. So batman in retrospect is like one of the best choices in terms of benefits to harm.
