Magnificent music. I have never heard of this group. They are great. It makes me angry and sad about what Barry Leach says. It is so hard to believe that people today are still treated badly, especially Native Americans who are Beautiful people and deserve our thanks and help for what they have done during the wars and other times. I am ashamed of the white man.

pine ridge is third world, no running water, power, or basics of life on most of the rez. government controls the food sources, controls medical, rations care. Life expectations are in the 30-40s there. I grew up in Rapid City, and the government still controlled my medical choices and caused me severe harm through IHS by time I was 11. As an adult now, I got out because of my husband and his employers. Who knows where I would be medically without it.

I got chance to see and hear Brule' in summer of 2011 in Omaha, Nebraska. Their live music was better than anything i had ever heard or seen before. If they are in your area don't miss their show. Their's is the one of the best live performances you will ever see in your life. Don't miss.

Is this a Native American church?.....😟 i felt connected but, can't keep hopes up been un-welcomed/kicked out of to churches cuz, I'm gothic & wear dark clothes, but i felt connected wit Native American ways since was small, i can't say Pocahontas, Disney movies has done it cuz, i feel connected wit South Korea, Japan so, Native American ways r not they only ones i am connected to. I do try to eat only sushi & oriental korea & japanese foods, most but will try their food if, i ever meet a native in person, again.

They are an Oglala Band, they do free shows all over to share culture and life to people. I'm a gothic girl, a lakota girl, and a christian. It took me a long time, to find a place where I belong, a Church that not only accepts me as a gothic, but let's me sing my metal tunes in celebration and lead the music. I pray you find such a place for you
