It still fascinates me that you got towed up to a mere 1600ft then, with NO POWER, climbed up to 18k feet-ish then flew hundreds of miles, still with no power.

I’ve watched a number of videos of yours over the last few days and I cannot believe what you are able to do. I grew up sailing boats and you have to have a lot of muscle memory knowledge of the wind, the vessel, balance, etc., in order to sail well and from that I can tell you have an impressive set of experience and skill. Wildly entertaining, and looks incredibly fun.

Congratulations Bruno, Awesome, you made it in your glider from Nephi to the Grand Canyon with superb footage for us. And your personal touch is fantastic, I had to wipe a tear as well while you were turning above the tiny little river and seeing the extraordinary landscape, persuing your goal, and saying "This is living". Likely you made it home safely, will look at it at OGC as well assuming you uploaded. Wishing you many more enjoyable expeditions like these. Best, Jeroen from Basel

Bruno, thanks for the video of an epic flight! I am with so many others here that ask you NOT to fast forward it. Gliding is so peaceful and when fast forwarded there is no peace to it, also is doesn't feel like a "journey" anymore either. Too bad the card filled up. Looking forward to many more.

Good Morning Bruno. So good to see your trip to the Grand Canyon. What a nice trip. I understand the physics and the mechanics but to go 500 miles without power is magic. The country is so grand that you might need to be 17,000 feet to see it. Thank you so much for sharing your trip and dream.

It looks like your recent "extra ballast" has diminished you skills any! Super flight! I reeaally enjoy your videos... mostly because I spent 4 years on a helicopter seismic crew in the early '80's based out of Jackson. It's super nostalgic to recognize all of the areas of Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming you fly. I still recognize nearly every spot you go. Thanks for the memories.

What would have been even more epic would have been to have returned home via Page, then east along the south side of Lake Powell until Halls Crossing, then north towards Hanksville, then Goblin Valley and the San Rafael Swell, then Castle Dale and back to Nephi. What would really make that special is a camera below the glider shooting 4K for the whole trip.
