To me, the guard position at the end of the video still seems a little high, seems like it is from the rake shock stopping it too high because once it begins sweeping it drops a little bit.

I agree. I think shotgun should be lengthened a little bit and the rake shock adjusted. I'm pretty sure that would get the rake to start in lower position. I didn't have a chance to go back and tweak it. Bent rake arms will cause issues with adjustment as well. Thanks for commenting.
