I drilled a Prism Hybrid last week and out of the box I went 249, 286. Then this week in my Friday league I went 267, 249, 300. I've been struggling a little to start this season but this ball is amazing on a typical house shot. It has tons of backend but it's clean through the heads and midlane. I love this ball.

I like that you reviewed the ball with an honest opinion. I respect someone who can say, "I like this bowling ball, but this other ball is something I like better." You made the hybrid look really good. And sometimes, I would like you to throw a couple shots with the same spot, and the same bowl instead of moving left so quickly. Perhaps 2 shots per spot? Just to get a couple more looks at the way the ball moves through the lane.

why not both? jagged edge is symmetrical, prism is asym. both will have slightly different purposes

I have the Jagged Edge Hybrid along with the solid. Your hybrid should be a beast also, just not quite as snappy. That's the symmetrical look vs. the asymm. look. Still covers a lot of boards (I bowl in a house where the solid is needed early). Just has the classic "walk" on the backend instead of the modern snappy "drive". Love my Hybrid. I'd be shocked if you didn't love yours too.

If you think that is back end from brunswick, do the Hero on medium oil. Sweet Jesus does it cuts hard.

Hard to believe the Hero has a symmetrical core. Hits like an asym. Prism Hybrid is an impressive ball though, too.
