Spent the March 2022 Long Weekend down at Bruny Island, camping and spearfishing. Lost my shaft, borrowed a 50cm spear, and was pleasantly surprised with how it went!

That seems to be the verdict from the majority! Have heard of people using it in stocks. Yet to take one myself. When I do, I'll want to be super prepped beforehand to try a bunch of different preparation methods with small bits of flesh. Probably want to get a small crew together too, rather than take a whole fish and mess it up. Then we can mess it up in as many ways as possible (and if one way is half decent, success)!
