Love it! I moved from NSW to north east Tas so find the id super informative, haven't got a magpie perch yet but am loving the diving down here

Glad you're loving it. Magpie Perch are a lot more prolific on the north coast (though have seen them all over). I've seen them around Cape Portland, so that shouldn't be too far from you if you want to try one. Super tasty sashimi fish.

Cheers mate! Taken on the west and north west (of Tasmania), this would be above average and choosing (or impatiently waiting for) the good days. The roaring forties hit the west coast pretty hard, meaning it's often super wild.
