Thank you for making these videos Katy - I've been super excited for them! You have inspired me to get my Brusho out again this afternoon and try and something similar to what you have done. I also have some of the metallic ones so might see how they go. Looking forward to part 2 😄

I have some Katy.I have used them for backgrounds a few times, but was not over excited, however I went in knowing nothing about them and seeing them used this way is just a totally different method .Now all I have to do is remember where they are lol.I love the dragon. He’s full of colour and movement and I think a great way to show this strange .I know when I brought mine I felt overwhelmed by them.I had seen some paintings done with them.,but they were done using the Crystal form as well as watercolours .See..never to late to teach this old un a few new tricks lol..Love n Light 🥰

Thank you Christine ❤️ I think it's a brusho thing for them to go missing lol If I hadn't had such passionate tutors at college who showed us how many different ways of using them I probably would feel the same as you. Yes they can be a little temperamental with the colour bleed but the lovely textures and vibrancy really make them fun to work with. I think you should definitely dig them out from where they are hiding and have a play 😊

I love Brusho, I found out about them a few years back & I now have quite a few! They also do SprinkleIT Iridescent now which are lovely. I love doing backgrounds with them & using them on a gel printing block or with wax. I have also got the thickener powder but have not tried it yet so really looking forward to that. I keep meaning to get one of the pallets that have a lidded pot for each colour as I always make too much & end up having to bin them! I loved your dragon, the colours look so yummy. Thanks Katy x

Thank you Romy ❤️ I think if you can get hold of some you'll have some fun with them. Of course these colours were destined for a dragon 😁

Thank you for this video. Until you mentioned the year before I never heard of it; but it seems such an interesting and versatile art supply! I putted it on my wish list for newyear and I will do it again ;-) maybe this year my ‘donator’ will pick them out of the list :-) looking forward to the next video’s. I really like how beautiful the colours blend together . The pigments behaviour is so weird! But interesting!

Thank you Vanessa for reminding about it ❤️ I'm glad I picked these beauties back up as they really are quite fun to play with. I do hope that you get some from your wishlist. I think you would really enjoy them.

It was the first time I saw someone using them like this. I always saw the people sprinkle the powder on and I also use them - when crafting cards - like this. I did not open them totally, instead I only have a little hole in the lid. The special effect in this case is, that the colors spread out in different pigments and so you get a cool granulating / color split effect. But I really like the idea to mix them with water like you did...and get a flat wash. Have to try this, too. So obvious but never thought about it 🤣

I love using brush in my craft projects. I first came across it when I worked in a primary school. I’ve bought them in packs but know I can get them individually. Looking forward to seeing how else you use them. Thanks 😊

Thank you Jane ❤️ one of my friends who teaches in primary school also used them in their class too. I can see the appeal as they are non toxic and last for ages. I'm looking forward to mixing them with other mediums too.

Well, some colours look the same. Glad you showed it, but that's nothing for me - still, the dragon is amazing!

Similar to the sparx powder we got in a sketchbox last year?

Thank you Susan ❤️ I think they may be yes. I didn't try that box but I do remember seeing a few creators using them. Fabulous stuff 🙂
