The Nabataea player is the one who best used his faction advantage with the cav and archers

but he barely got any kills. I mean if you look on kills on cav units its about 50 max 80 per unit and its not a lot. I mean he lost whole unit only to kill maybe half of the enemy unit

As Apollo said, it's not about killing units but about working for the team and it was thanks to his decisions that his team was victorious

@@czibo1474 But it halted the Boii push and made them have to go round to a different point to attack. The kills weren't too high but the tactical advamtage was much more

@@diabetoes but it was his own mistake cause he attacked with only 3 units while the rest was fighting cav. If he stopped them then he would have high advantage. It was just his own fault. Enemys cav in total got like 150 kills so its only one unit while they lost 5 or 6. Defenders just got quite lucky becouse he didnt see that a few of his units are still storming walls.

Yeah that attack was way too uncoordinated and spread out. But the nabataean player did well with his cav and archers

The attackers seemed very disorganized this game, the defenders found many opportunities and took advantage of them to great extent. I felt the battle was over as soon as the cav was sallied out at the beginning of the battle and got some very nice charges.

what is interesting with the cav is that in rome 2 it is very weak and didn't get that many kills (the oathsworn sandwich killed only 40) but the way it diluted the boii assault became a game-changer as when the infantry attacked, it was hampered and overwhelmed making that 25% funds dedicated to cav well worth it, siege battles are the best for this reason, it isn't all about charging, killing, and flanking

This battle was so weird. Macedonia and the yellow attackers could’ve done better if they hadn’t advanced units so far ahead. Such silly basic mistakes. The attackers could’ve been better but I agree with Apollo. The mvp (for attackers at least) is without a doubt that barbarian guy.
