Setting up my garage gym, would be great to hear your thoughts on essentials and most bang for your buck, or even a tour of your set up and hear you talk about your equipment that are must have and some that are nice to have. Thanks

Always.....have been impressed by your knowledge and athletic skills and experience. Deloading is very beneficial for stimulus and endurance. What is your opinion on SQUATTING EVERYDAY.

When it comes to velocity-based training, I've always used it in conjunction with percentages to get us into the ballpark of where I want them to train. I like using it almost as a better RPE/RIR as it's not subjective. But I agree with you I don't love using it blindly and reactionary as you kind of just waste a session of training for that exercise assuming you are going to do something similar the next week.

Would you lose weight if you were solely focused on maximising your vertical jump height? If so, how much weight would you lose and how much would this impact your vertical jump?

lose body fat until it harms your energy or performance, it’ll help significantly if you aren’t very lean
