Thanks Danny - I am looking for a direct booking site that will sync with my multiple and complex airbnb pricing rules across all of my properties....eg various length of stay discounts etc. I would ideally like to update my pricing in airbnb and have this flow through to a direct booking site. Is there a direct booking provider/channel manager that can assist with this? Thanks Lucy

Thank you! I've used iGMS for years, and now planning on switching to Hospitable. As I want to level up tracking of KPIs, iGMS just doesn't have the reporting to make that easily doable.

Good video. But please, I would like to see more of a dashboard of iGMS when you are showing it than yourself. Maybe to put yourself in the corner and in smaller circle.

Regarding Airbnb fees pricing, can you confirm that one is still able, as of today, to switch back to split fee pricing once connected to a PMS? It is the single issue that has kept me off PMS but I am in desperate need of automation so this one detail of your video has me really excited. I am also considering contacting you for Optimization, I like your no BS approach to everything you create, content-wise.

This is a new development and it seems like it is no longer going to matter. Given updates to Airbnb and how they display prices for all hosts, it no longer matters if you have split fee or simplified
