Okay so I’ve been using the some by mi tea tree BHA toner (serum?) for a while and it’s VERY gentle and it’s great. Amazing for inflammation and irritation - so soothing. They use tea tree leaf water rather than tea tree oil and it’s genius, I wish more brands did this. It has all the benefits without the astringency, burning and drying effects. I’ve repurchased it many times. HOWEVER, their cleansers? Sooo harsh 😢 Just injured my skin repeatedly. Too many active, astringents and irritating ingredients. They use menthol in some of the products from that line 😢

Some by mi is pretty harsh at first but slow just the toner and moisturiser worked for me. But that’s just for me.

I really appreciate your honest opinion. And even though the brand beauty of joseon may not be popular in Korea it’s ginseng essence is my must have. I have literally bought it so many times. I’ll continue using it. I tried their glow serum but didn’t like it that much as it sat on my skin. But the ginseng toner. It’s beautiful.
