Basically, she is an incredibly gifted occultist. However, since she was born male she was supposed to become a darkpriest. Her mother wanted to hide her from this, so she simply told everyone she had a girl instead of a daughter. When Marina was old enough to understand what was going on, she decided she was happier as a girl anyways. The game is from Fear & Hunger 2: Termina, which takes place in a place based on Prague. It happens in the year 1942.

hm... ok i kinda want to see what the cast would look like as new gods. Happened in the first game. moonscorching is their worst aspects, but what about their ideal selves? I think Marina would be more feminine-looking or even angelic. A flowing robe or dress plus the knife to carve in symbols.

@@edilenedourado1555 Honestly, I feel like it adds to the story of it being uncensored. It adds to the horror I think, marking the feel with a sense of Dysphoria, especially with the accompanying line. After all, some would find that physique appealing...but not when it doesn't feel like your own body. It feels Cursed. Its supposed to be dark and horrifying, and it adds a subtle and pronounced layer of it, in a way that isn't just simple gore or Cronenberg body horror. Its a very real and subtle body horror, that many people genuinely experience (Including I, as a Non Binary individual who wants to also be more fem in some ways)
