Brutus just got mauled by Stray Dog!

I took in a stray Pitbull and he just mauled my Belgian Malinois . so I'm going to have to get rid of them or have him put down. Unless maybe one of you want him? Let me know! This dog needs a home.

Sad brother, but hes got the taste of blood. A breeder in Compton was mauled to death yesterday by his own Pit. You can't keep him now. Protect yourself he could become a great liability to you. I too feel your ❤.

Sorry to hear this BD . Hopefully Brutus makes a speedy recovery. I have had my Mastiff/pitt mix go at it with a few dogs and it always ends up with a hefty vet bill. Some dogs just don't mix well with other dogs. Be safe and keep them separate until you find a place for the brown pit! You are a good man and these dogs know it so they come to you because of it..

I have had my 100 lb pit bull boy for 3 years. He has grown up with my 10lb palmarania since he was a pup. The palm will attack the pit and the pit backs down. But he will attack any other dog immediately on site. They are a handful but I would only suggest it if you have had it since a puppy. Pit bulls are very very small circle dogs, they don't like strangers. They have muscle in there heads, and mean business. I love my pit but I understand I need to keep him on two short leashes.

He's not zero for two. He just handled a whole fking pack of coyotes. And that Pitt attacked him from behind, he never saw him coming. He was on his neck before Brutus could move and still Brutus bit the fuck out of him.

Similar situation happened with my dogs i had to choke my pit to get him to let go. Saved my other dog. Take their breath away i was told the only way to get them to let go. I was bitten many times. Your heart was in the right place trying to help but this happens. Cry get it out bonds with dogs are deep.

The doctor told me that she observed signs of abuse on him. She says she is pretty sure he was used as a bait dog for other attack pitts.

Oh and that "biting " is play biting. When you yelled OW he let go immediately stopped and looked at you. He's not a bad dog. He's a normal pit bull. Take him to a shelter. Preferably one that specializes in pit bulls.

I saw he was licking your arn and lightly bit you! I agree that it is a sign of affection as well Sir. But we know they can be the most favorite or the most hated dog around. Once they get that aggression against other friendly dogs they will try to be the aggressor and show dominance. Sorry ya have to send him away bit sometimes it is best to not re release such a wonderful breed back to society once they have made it to the point that they are in. This clip sucks to hear. But in actually you have to look out for your fur family.

I had a lab, pit,and husky mix and he slept in my bed. Henry would lay in the same bed as my niece and nephew. He was a great watch dog and watched over kids.

It's all these working line breeds like Pitts, Mals, Dutchies, German Shepherds, and Rotties, just to name a few. My Mal and GSD would get into it over jealousy for attention. I made the mistake of playing with my neighbors, Pitbull, and one day, the Pitt was off leash. My Shepherd attacked the Pitt, and the only thing that saved my dig is he was on the leash on my yard. I have an E-collar that I use. It seems like the Pitt is attached to you already, and some dogs are a one dog/one human type and attacked the Mal out of jealousy and competition. I always say Mals are 🏃‍♀️ running backs, Pitts are tight-ends, Corso's are linebackers, GSD are QB's.

Dam BD ..the problem was the food ! ..pits don't like no other dog around its food ..he was doing what dogs do then on top of that he's probably had to fight for food while on the streets ..and he keeps putting your arm in his mouth so you can pet him he knows he messed up ..I've bred and raised stafie's and Americans and I have a American and a cane corso now ..if I had room I would take him he's a rednose and more then likely come from game stock

An poor Brutus he was just defending himself in his domain and probably never faced a dog just as bad azz as him ..the whole situation is messy because the humain society is gonna put stray dog down ..my solution would be to make him an outside dog to keep the knuckleheads away

Just bring him to the Humane society. Some dogs are not good with other dogs. It doesn't have to be a death sentence. Sorry to hear Brutus got injured, but you don't know his history. They can test him and see if he is a candidate for adoption. At least let him have a chance.

So, BD first, all respect to you. Love the channel and you do a great job discussing the events surrounding MC life. However, maybe with dogs you need some help. I saw your live feed when you had first found the pitbull and honestly I was only surprised a fight had not already occurred. 2 intact dominant breed males together and in a new setting for both?? REALLY!? What happened was 110% predictable. Unfortunately at this point, it probably is not "fixable". If they are together it will happen again. I have 10 dogs myself. 3 are pitbull mixes. I purposefully NEVER allow the males to be together that are "intact" (have their nuts). I have separate kennels and large yard runs and keep ONLY males with females. If you get them neutered and they are raised together from a very young age, you may avoid these conflicts, but if intact it is inevitable. I actually have a jack russell and a shit zu mix that are not fixed and were together as puppies. But around 1-1 and 1/2 years old, they started to fight. Nothing would prevent it and eventually I had to separate them. Don't kill the pit bull as he is doing what dogs do. But you MUST separate them. Find him a home, or take him to the shelter. He's actually a very good pit bull and would make some one a very good dog. 2 intact male intact dominant breed dogs are kinda like two 1%ers from different clubs. They may get along when supervised, but eventually, they gonna fight . LOL

Such a sad situation but unfortunately some breeds put together just don’t work sorry especially those two breeds 🥲. Here to own a Pit Bull as classed as a dangerous dog you have to have a special license, once they latch on like Staffy’s they also won’t let go. No dog is born bad people make them this way, and you don’t know his background. Hope you and Brutus recover quickly. What he needed preferably a one dog home.
