I went on Keto over a year ago. Got very sick. Not covid. On the sofa for a week. Hospital said I had magnesium and salt deficiencies.And thyroid problems. A bag of Fritos actually helped. So we need salt. Please be careful when changing diets. Similar thing decades ago when I changed diet. I might learn now.

Good to see you back Bryan . Try HCG ( google it ) for losing weight - I dropped 10 kg in a month with the treatment - you need to do it progressively and NOT exercise ( yes that's right - no exercise as it will make you want to sugar load ) TIM , PERTH AUSTRALIA
