Күн бұрын

In this full-length interview, Bryan Johnson, the founder of Venmo and CEO of Kernel, looks back on his upbringing in a Mormon community during his childhood in Provo, Utah. The 45-year-old debunks the misconceptions about polygamy in the Mormon community before discussing his missionary work in Ecuador and how the experience shifted his outlook on life to wanting to help people. After touching on his collegiate stint at Brigham Young University, Bryan discusses a few startup companies he established before looking back on the successful launch of a Chicago-based payment processing company called Braintree and selling it to PayPal. Moving along, Bryan explains why he stepped away from Braintree before detailing why he chose to invest $54 million into a neurotechnology company called Kernel and the groundbreaking ways the company's technology can measure/evaluate the human brain. He then claims that the company's technology can evaluate CTE while a person is still alive. As the introspective conversation moves along, Byran details his methods for reverse engineering the aging process. To hear more, scroll up and press play.

Many millionaires and billionaires spend their wealth on consuming alcohol, drugs, and smoking. Not to fault them at all as that’s their choice, however, I would rather be a rich, sober, health focused guy who spends play money on totally innovating anti-aging science and will live longer than many of his peers.

He is totally disconnected 😢 This should never be a goal ! I am healing severe trauma myself. The only real way - is tough it. You need to feel you emotions and able to connect with all parts of yourself. This man is not healed, he is trying to escape his pain with more pain and extreme behaviors. trust me, I know ! I been down the rabbit hole (just without all the money this guy has)😅

@@BirgitteVwomen are more emotional so they always bring the “ feel your emotions” but that can destroy a man. Not saying you don’t need to feel your emotions but what good is it going to do for him to “show” his emotions here? Do you want him crying just to prove to you that he is ok? 😂 this is actually hilarious. You guys have to stop with this is ridiculous

Mr. Johnson, the design implies a fail-safe mechanism which does not allow us as universal entities, to go beyond a certain point. That is not what the experience is about. The human body is just another mechanism to allow our true-selves to grow, and build upon the universal wisdom and knowledge we ultimately all share in this life and the next. You have wisdom and knowledge, but you ultimately don't understand that we are temporary elements that make up a much bigger whole.
