@Michael Stawski I've been doing it now for 20yrs.. customers will call with a 200-400 dollar problem and I'll give them options while I'm there. there is a lot of Psychological things we have to do in the sells game like never speaking after you give the customer the pricing.. whoever talks first loses.. most of the time they will close themselves!! the main thing is getting over telling someone about the pricing. usually a tech will collect 15-25% of the net. great money but hard on the body. btw.. I'm falling behind on my studies... ty for reaching out! puts a little hope and fire under my butt to complete my journey!! ty.

I'm working on a few commercial deals that was referred to me by some friends that I know. Thanks for asking. One thing I can say, is that this business is a game for hustlers or for the ppl with money in the bank already.

For those that don't have 10minutes. I have 3 readable steps. 1. Get sponsored by a broker(it's just like a job interview hence your goal is to say the most favorable answer..90% of the time given no history you get a brokerage to hang your license. 2. Look for leads(Zillow, Craigslist, Trulia..there's not really a wrong lead machine better ones cost money. Do this at home(excessive broker visits get u locked out of practicing real estate). 3. Call leads(lock one of em into an agreement. ?. Do ordered broker visits and keep the lie you gave them at interview strong..go back home..continue the practice. Hidden 4th. Rinse repeat for 4 years..apply fo broker license..your now broker agent untouchable. Get into investing to maximize your money.
