Hi guys . I was in Cape Town last week, and it was freezing. How long ago you made this video? You both are in summer clothes. Brrrrr Have you visited Cape Point? I don't know how long you will be there but try visiting Franschhoek, and the magnificent food gardens at Babylonstoren, Constantia for wine tasting, and Kalk Bay. So much to do and see. Did you enjoy the chicken pita souvlaki? I'm asking you because I'm Greek. :) Have fun. Regards Rori

The Greek pita, (he called it a gyro) was awesome. The video was recorded on some of the few sunny days we had, but it's all jackets now. We are planning to explore more of Cape Town and surrounds as we are staying for about 6 months. Thanks for the great comment and suggestions

@@BryanDiscoversWorld the authentic pita yero is made with meat usually pork or lamb. Chicken is,also good. Hope to visit one day the Greek Islands. I can promise you that you will be eating souvlaki every day. I make them often for my family including the pita bread. Stay warm and safe .

I've been going to Cape Town for years and several times in a year and and still I've not seen so many places. Six months stay? Wonderful. I'm moving there soon, hopefully before the end of the year. I never have eaten the kind of scones they make there with homemade jam. Yummy 😋

13.42.........going for the Weins there or what?? Also those rootis are tasty but disappointingly they are not properly rolled and tucked so all the filling falls out when you eat it as is evident in your clip. The Cape Malays make fantastic food though, that's not even up for debate! I know you are a food channel but you missed out on a Cape Town phenomenon that is sliding under the radar at the present and that is one man coffee businesses that have been popping up since COVID, there are quite a few but the one I can really recommend you will find daily at the Ronderbosch Common from the crack of dawn till about 9.30-10. On the mountain side of the common by the parking lot, you cant miss him! Really good coffee, decent prices, friendly service and we talking about a guy who literally pulled himself out the mud and started a successful business doing what he loves! I will always support that kind of business. Thanks for the vid, keep up the great work man!
