Totally agree. Even if Andy played this season and let Bryce call the plays to him, and in the meantime Bryce formulated what he would do in Andy's position, I think that would be of HUGE benefit to Bryce instead of desperately trying to throw the ball down the field while scrambling to salvage a broken play.

Exactly he's a national champion and a heisman trophy winner he's not used to losing he comes from a winning culture at Alabama. I think he was thrown into the starting position too early he needed at least 1 season on the bench learning from a vet QB. Now he gets a chance to do that watching Andy Dalton play and he will learn a ton now from Andy who has been in the similar position in the past.

An undersized rookie qb gets thrown to the worst team in the league by a large margin. It's a recipe for disaster.
