I wish this young man the best. This isn't his fault. In today's NFL, and with the contracts paying so much, it's play immediately - whether you're ready or not, and not like it was years ago. Yea, I get it, he was the first overall pick, but how about letting him breathe and take time to learn and sit and observe for a while? All, or most, of the "superstar" quarterbacks had that opportunity, but again, that was a different era. I think he'll be back and he'll be fine. Best of luck Bryce. On a similar note, I worked at a place for twenty five years and I had multiple different jobs while there. On more than one of them I didn't have sufficient training for the position or line I was to work or run, but I was supposed to just be able to step in and be as proficient as the last guy who did it for YEARS on day one. Lots of pressure and it's not the way to "train" people, as in the "sink or swim" method; that doesn't work for most people I've noticed and I never trained people that way. Maybe if Bryce had a better supporting cast (not knocking them, but it's just the reality) he wouldn't be struggling so much.

He'll be fine. He just needs to sit for a little. He improved the last time he sat for a few games. Bryce couldn't find a soul until he watched Dalton dice up defenses. I'd make him sit 5 games minimum as long as he's improving behind the scenes. In the meantime, we need to find a pass blocking RB (Jonathan Brooks is that you?). If it's not Bryce seeing ghosts, it's Chubba and Miles messing up the pocket. O-line has been really good. You have to blitz to get to the QB now. But we haven't been able to make anyone pay.
