It would be nice to get clear instructions for the Rider 15. There are flashing items on the screen, icons everywhere and no real description of these features. Very confusing unit.

Ditto, more videos like this please, for the 420 and other current models. It's difficult to determine from the website which model is best suited to simple navigation, most reliable tracking (presumably GPS/GNSS rather than just GPS), or for monitoring sensors for workouts, or combinations of all those considerations. The website could use a product matrix to compare features and intended uses.

What's the difference between the 15 and 15E? Does the Bryton app work on an iPad? How does it track distance, speed, and cadence without sensors?

I have a Bryton Rider 15 for 3 years . Today i was going on a ride. I fully charged the device before the ride.The device works properly all the road.When i arrived home the device still works.I go to take a shower. When i was back the device was closed. I try to open pressing the on button , but nothing. This was not happened to me never before. If i put the device to charge it don't show like is charging.What i have to do to open the device? The device was mentained in the best conditions .

I have the rider 15, its brilliant but my rides don't save to the app??? Any ideas why??

You have to conect the device by bloetoooth. you have to go the app settings after you stop the recording , but the device must be open In settings you'have to add your device You press sync bBT , then you wait until the activity is uploaded
