Mayonnaise Doctor I can kind of see what they’re trying to say. In the beginning, the author talked about how much he loves Melee and was excited for Brawl. By the end, his experience with Brawl scared him so much that it turned him away from the whole series. It doesn’t easily come across that way, though.

Well then. That story was so anticlimactic and pointless, I doubt it can be classed as a story. Seriously, what was the point of any of that? Was it meant to imply that Meta Knight is an evil killer? That he violently murders anyone who stands against him? What was the point of the fifty identical stages? And, as Yuri said, why was this even called 'Meta Knight's Mask'? Did the mask hold any significance, apart from it breaking? Was it meant to symbolise the degradation of Meta Knight's sanity as he slowly falls into a murderous rage? Wait, why am I even trying to analyse this? Well, at least it was short, which is a small mercy. Anyway, on the cliché count, we have: game picked up second-hand; shady game box; staff noting something odd about the game; save data that shouldn't exist; distorted music/sound effects; screaming that shouldn't be there; random character death for no reason; and blood, bloody blood blood dead character blood. Oh, and appalling grammar, but that was a given. So, bets on how long it'll be before this is deleted? My money's on within the next forty-eight hours.
