most practicle bike in 250cc segment, dominar is too heavy for flicking in cities (180 KGs) fzs lacks 6th gear, not a great deal on hiighways, this bike weighs 164kg with fairings, can be easily riddden cities perfect mileage and power for highways for touring it has better pillion seats big miss in this bike- 1. slipper clutch 2. usd forks 3. led indicators 4. visor (1 and 2 are essentials but are kind of subjective) 3 and 4 can be easily improved by using aftermarket indicators and db visor.. comparing its price point for the faired version it gives bikes like rs200, may be rc200, and some other good bikes run for their money. since its a oil cooled engine, its maintenance is also low and suzuki oiled cooling engines is reliable since suzuki is one of the first manufactures to introduce oiled cooling

I agree. Except the USD forks though. For indian conditions, telescopic forks make a lot of sense. Even in case of taking a beating. But slipper clutch is a huge miss though

Again suspension is too stiff, i guess fz25 bs6 is far better and ecomincally better than sf250

Seems like a perfect replacement of Honda CBR 250. Honda fans have a choice now. I have waited almost 2 years for suzuki 250 from 2015 to 2017 but they released it in 2019.

anyone who is saying that front looks bad just add a black light cover in front of headlight and it will not eve effect the light throw of the lamps... u can watch it on youtube just type gisser sf 250 headlight mod.. and add bubble vidou or db visor... it will take the looks of bike to a whole next level.

I own the Black beauty Edition, and rode in extremely High wind Storm with rain on Delhi Roads and It felt stable, crosswinds can do nothing while you ride this powerful but enjoyable machine, so light weight, so agile and extremely fun to ride. Only things I feel it lacks are Switchable Track Modes Switchable ABS Main Stand (really Suzuki?? For cost cutting) And ASS (After Sale Service)

on road price of gixxer in delhi is 2.02 lac, and duke 250 is 2.32 lac. taking practically, slipper clutch and led indicators are a big miss on this bike, but if you compete it with bikes like rs 200, it performs very well in the value for money section.

I've owned the bs4 Gixxer sf 250 for over a year now and did 9k kilometres before quarantine hit :'( I've had a mild heating issue just once when I was stuck in a massive traffic jam for over 2 hours in the mid afternoon when the weather was really hot. Even under such conditions, it was just a bit warm to my legs, not unbearable. Other than that, for all city and highway uses and moderate to large traffic jams it's never given me any issues at all. The heat management is absolutely wonderful and I'd rate it 10/10. I ride it in Mangalore btw so we have pretty high temperatures here.

To be honest, it's raining here and temperatures are around 20 to 25 here. I really didn't felt any heating from the Engine side. I will keep this comment open for all owners :)

I own Gixxer 250 naked. 6500 km done in Delhi ncr hot weather. I'll give 10/10. I never felt any discomfort in extreme hot weather also.

It had issue. My bike’s front grill melted down. Had to replace it within 1.5 months by buying a new part which costed 1250/-. After that escalated to Suzuki, the engineer did some fix and its fine now. But believe me I still feel a trauma whenever I ride it. They did not give me a reason properly too.

I bought this machine just before lockdown in March ! Ridden only 2000 kms due to lockdown . So far no issues As said by strell, it is butter smooth till 70kmph from then we will experience the wind blast. Suspension is not stiff...pillion seat also comfortable... And guys this an eye catcher. Love Suzuki ❤️
